Job description

The Administrative assistant will work in close cooperation with a team of professionals and other administrative/operational assistants.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of internal processes and help to ensure that procedures are run effectively

Manage updating of databases, and ensure data input and quality checks; Plan and maintain the electronic archives

Finalise, distribute and file documents and reports

Assist in ensuring that necessary related information, templates and procedures are updated in the intranet

Assist in the preparation and planning of training programmes for Bank staff.

Required profile

Qualifications

At least Secondary level education. University degree or certification in a relevant field will be an advantage

At least one year of experience as assistant or similar position

Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) and knowledge of French would be an advantage.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with electronic archiving
