Sofitex Talent is currently looking for the following profile:
Customer Call Center Agent / Customer Support Fr/Du/En (M/F)
Your mission:
As part of the customer service department, you will be responsable for call handling, and execute backoffice operations tied to the chargeback process, calls, resolution, follow up on customer issues, carholders and merchant's dispute and claims management.
Required profile
You have the following skills:
You are fluent in French/Dutch and English. German and Luxembourgish are an asset
Financial or call center experience considered as an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Service minded, active listening and result oriented
Attention to detail
Self-discipline, flexibility and proactivity are your strenghts
Strong ability in problem-solving and complaints
This is for a temporary 12-month contract with possibility of permanent contract afterwards
