Job description

For one of our clients, an international bank in Luxembourg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an


Your tasks:

Manage telephone coverage

Organise meetings and business trips/missions, administrative preparation and follow-up as well as preparation of required documentation and information

Prepare documents and manage their further distribution/validation in line with the unit's operational needs and in compliance with the group's procedures

Maintain appropriate filing of electronic (notably in GED) and paper documentation, as well as ensure data quality, to enable easy access and retrieval of data/records

Assist in unit's activity reporting, follow-up and coordinating appropriately to ensure smooth running of activities

Act as back-up to other secretaries within the department where necessary.

Required profile

Previous similar experience of at least three years

Fluency in French and English

The person should preferably have experience in a Banking / Financial field

He/she should be able to work independently and keen to learn.

This is a temporary mission to start asap till August 2019.
