Job description

For one of our clients in telecommunication, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an

ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT FR/EN (M/F)

Your tasks:

Follow up the contracts (signature from both parties)

Archiving

Follow up / check of end of contracts

Contact with suppliers for simple requests (info concerning the merger, relaunch of demands…)

Redaction and improvements of templates under supervision (NDA, letters…)

Follow up of consultants lists

Creation of PO (Gescom / SAP )

Check payment terms in contracts and updating in SAP system

Reporting under supervision

Required profile

Background in secretary / accounting

You are fluent in French and English

MS office necessary (excel, word, ppt)

Well-structured/organized and flexible at the same time

Team player and easy communication, not afraid to go and see colleagues

Dynamic / reactive

Knowledge in SAP B1 is an added value
