Job description

The Administrative assistant will work in close cooperation with a team of professionals and other administrative/operational assistants

• Assist in budget control processes (i.e. reconciliation of staff, consultancy and missions expenses);
• support SG/AS/EIAH Division in development of the new Advisory IT application in particular in data analysis and application business needs;
• assist in the accurate preparation, finalisation and distribution of letters, notes, complex reports, graphs, and presentations;
• support on a day to day basis the implementation of processes to assure the good progress of EIAH operations;
• provide administrative and organizational assistance to the EIAH team with particular emphasis in the area of database development.

Required profile

Your profile

  • Degree in accounting or economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English. French is an asset
  • Dynamic, accurate, at ease with numbers

This is a long-term temporary mission, to stard mid-July/beginning of August
