- Drafting and coordination of the execution of board and shareholders minutes and resolutions, e.g. annual general meetings, ordinary general meetings, board minutes, filing notices, etc., as required;
- Organization of and assistance to board’s and shareholders’ meetings;
- Assistance with administrative and corporate matters, filings, archiving;
- Coordination of the signing process of various documents.
- Degree in Law
- Experience in a Luxembourg law firm, a fund administrator or trust / fiduciary company, an exposure to private equity structures and AIF structures would be considered as an advantage;
- Fluent in English and French (both mandatory) (written and spoken);
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn;
- Curious, highly motivated, proactive and well organized;
- Proficient with MS Office standard applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
