Pour l'un de nos client situés à Luxembourg ville, Sofitex Talent recherche pour un démarrage immédiat un(e)
Secrétaire-Customer Service Français-Espagnol-Italien (H/F)
Vos tâches
- Répondre au appels de la clientèle
- Prendre les commandes par téléphone
- Assurer la gestion du services après ventes par téléphone et par mail.
- Tâches administratives diverses
Required profile
- De formation Bac ou équivalent, vous avez idéalement une première expérience en customer service ou call center
- Vous maitrisez impérativement à l'oral et l'écrit le français, l'italien et l'espagnol
- Vous êtes polyvalent, flexible et aimez le contact
- Vous êtes disponible immédiatement
Contrat intérim de 3 mois avec embauche CDD ensuite.
Horaire: 9h-18h (une heure de pause de 13h à 14h)
Salaire: minimum qualifié
