For one of our clients, a banking entity located in Luxembourg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an


Your tasks

Be an active member of the TA support team

Work on TA support team and handle related queries in a professional and timely manner

Act as point of reference or expertise for colleagues

Handle Corporate Fund events such as launch, merger, liquidation

Be in charge with Internal & External audit coordination (including ISAE certification)

Have in view SLA coordination;

Participate at the Onboarding phase;

Be involved in projects impacting the Support Team;

Be responsible for oversight / outsourcing controls;

Carry IT testing in relation with BA's;

Carry on incoming mailing and scanning functions;

Be involved into the client meeting for Transfer Agency operational aspects.

Required profile

Your profile

Good operational background in Fund Distribution Services (Transfer Agency);

Excellent command of both French and English;

Conscientious and accurate working attitude;

Have a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls;

Demonstrate and maintain a Team Spirit;

Ability to work under pressure;

Strong time management and communication skills;

This is a temporary mission to start on August 1st till the end of the year
