For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an:


ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT EN-FR (M/F)


The Administrative assistant will work in close cooperation with a team of professionals and other administrative/operational assistants.

Responsibilities:
Assist in general secretarial duties and administrative tasks, including:
•  Organising meeting, events (booking meeting rooms and refreshments, requesting visitor access)
•  Organising business trips
•  Preparing PowerPoint presentations
•  Intranet publications
•  Updating and archiving electronically
•  Writing minutes

Required profile

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support
• Excellent English and good French
• Good knowledge in Word, PowerPoint et Excel
• Drafting skills (emails and minutes)
• Good organisational skills
• Knowledge of electronic archiving and/or intranet publications would be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of the bank environment would be an advantage
