For one of our clients, a business center located in Luxembourg city, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an


Your tasks:

You will provide daily support to the Finance Manager and the Director by:

- Ensuring the day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts of several Group's companies (commercial and holding)

- Handling the payment and preparing bank transfers;

- Helping in preparation of VAT and Tax returns;

- Liaise with third parties such as auditors, bankers, suppliers, etc;

- Preparing expenses report;

- Performing administrative tasks and support responsabilities such as filing, printing, scanning, etc.;

- Coordinating travel arrangements, appointments, conferences and meeting

Required profile

In order to strenghten their team, our client is looking for a person with the following skills:

- Master's degree in Accouting, Finance or equivalent;

- At least 2 years of similar experience in an international accounting/audit firm;

- Excellent oral and written skills in English and French;

- Excellent skills with Escel, knowledge of an accounting software is an asset (preferably BOB);

- Knowledge of LuxGaap;

- Flexible and good organisational skills

- Well organized and detail oriented

This is a vacancy for a permanent contract, to start at the beginning of October. This is a full time position, but a 80% can also be considered
