For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an


Lending process:

  • Create and organize a systematized database in the Bank’s electronic document management software (GED) for compliance follow-up of Iberia projects and counterparts (at this initial stage, a high amount of files will need to be created in order to have one for each counterpart)
  • Perform Google searches and archive results in correspondent folders
  • Compile and disseminate relevant documents and information to Iberia Loan Officers to help them comply with their reinforced role as First Line of Defense
  • KYC administrative steps as deemed necessary in later stages
  • Cooperate with the other Assistants and members of the Department; contribute to a good working atmosphere within the Division and the Department

Required profile

  • Secondary level education, ideally complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration)
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support
  • Interest in legal matters. Prior knowledge of compliance / KYC could be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
  • Rigorous and able to meet deadlines and priorities
  • Able to draft routine correspondence and edit materials
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team spirit
  • Ability to work reliably and accurately under pressure
  • Flexibility and availability
