For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an:
Financial Reporting Officer (M/F)
The incumbent(s) report to and work under the supervision of senior members of the Financial Sustainability Control Division.
Purpose: To support the Division primarily in preparing a financial reporting on revenues, costs and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Draft a comprehensive report on financial sustainability, including a detailed analysis of revenues, costs and profitability by business line.
• Identify trends and variance impacting the P&L and conduct thorough analysis of financial data.
• Review and update relevant reporting procedures and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices.
• Design and implement detective controls to enhance the integrity of the reporting process.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial performance monitoring reports for management.
• Support the automation and streamlining of financial reporting activities.
Profil recherché
• University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar fields;
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant professional experience in financial administration, finance, audit or cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is an advantage.
This is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.
Salary ranges between 4,500€ and 6,500€ gross per month, depending on experience.
