For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a :
Chief Executive/Deputy Chief Executive - (Senior/Principal) HR Operational Assistant (M/F)
Provide the Learning & Development team with operational assistance as a dedicated project resource for the organisation and roll-out of learning programmes and cohort coordination. The focus is on supporting the team as participation expands in leadership and development programmes, contributing directly to the successful delivery of these strategic projects. The assignment is structured around clear project objectives and milestones, with time allocation determined by the operational rhythm, participation rates, and the number of programmes delivered within the project timeframe.
Operating Network
You will report to the Head of Unit of Learning & Development (L&D). In this project, you will collaborate closely with officers and assistants from other L&D teams across the organisation, supporting them in coordinating project activities - including liaising and monitoring communication and logistics with internal services and external vendors - to ensure the timely and effective delivery of all project components.
Accountabilities:
Support officers in the set-up and delivery of (blended) learning and talent development programmes as part of defined project phases, in both in-person and virtual environments, using technologies available at the organisation.
Administer the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) to input and update project-related data for learning courses, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting for project monitoring (enrolment, cancellation, waiting list, attendance, documentation, training rooms, etc.).
Coordinate various elements of the learning and talent development project (e.g., internal networking events, peer learning groups) to achieve project milestones.
Organise and coordinate the visits of external consultants and trainers as part of project delivery (invitations, calendar, access, logistics, training rooms, hotel rooms).
Support the implementation of project plans and initiatives in the Learning and Development domain and participate in the optimisation of processes and working tools, ensuring alignment within the organisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Take a cooperative approach within the teams and act as a back-up to other operational assistants, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Profil recherché
Secondary level diploma, completed with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, or learning) or secondary level diploma with equally qualified experience in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational or business support position in a relevant field - ideally with experience in project-based assignments.
Proactive, with good organisation skills and the ability to work across a broad range of learning project topics and teams respecting given instructions and guidelines.
Very good verbal and written English language skills. A good command of French would be advantageous.
Very good knowledge of standard IT & office tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
Prior knowledge of - or experience with - databases such as SAP Success Factors, Peoplesoft Financials, Oracle and other similar, would be a considerable advantage.
Salary range : between 3123€ gross and 5370€ gross per month.
First contract of 2 months, as a trial period, and then an extension
