Your personal data is collected by the SOFITEX ICA GROUP and all its subsidiaries at the time of your application during the recruitment process and, at the end of the assignment by several means and in particular during oral and/or written exchanges, forms, questionnaires, cookies and from third parties (see List of sub-contractors).

The assessment of your ability to hold the job offered or your professional skills and compliance by GROUPE SOFITEX ICA and all its subsidiaries with its legal, contractual and regulatory obligations, in particular in order to manage applications and staff, draw up the assignment contract, pay slips, the resulting social declarations and the corresponding payments, have and provide the information necessary for your selection with a view to a placement or an assignment proposal to discuss with you.
At the time of your application, all the data requested on the registration form are, unless otherwise stated, necessary to validate your application and to assess your professional aptitude for the job offered.
For the aforementioned purposes, GROUPE SOFITEX ICA and all its subsidiaries may process identification data, economic and financial data, health data, your social security number and its personal and professional information as well as your B3 extract from your criminal record for a specific and regulated position (e.g. driver, accountant, nurse, etc.)
Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact in the case of candidate data during the recruitment phase and for a maximum of 10 years from the last pay date in the case of employee data, at the end of which time the said data will be destroyed or made anonymous.
Your data may be transferred, for the aforementioned purposes, to third parties or subcontractors (e.g. URSSAF, CAF, software publisher, etc.) located in the European Union.
GROUPE SOFITEX ICA and all its subsidiaries have taken the necessary security, confidentiality and integrity measures for the transfer of your personal data.
Additional guarantee measures must be taken, such as standard contractual clauses, when personal data is transferred to countries located outside the European Union and countries recognised by the European Union as having laws guaranteeing adequate protection of personal data, particularly in the case of processing data of non-European citizens (expatriates).
You may exercise your right to object to the use of your personal data by GROUPE SOFITEX ICA and all its subsidiaries, provided that you can prove a legitimate reason. You may also exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning you and your right to define, modify and revoke at any time directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of your data after your death, by contacting GROUPE SOFITEX ICA and all its subsidiaries.
