For one of our clients, a European institution in Luxembourg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an


Your tasks:

The Operational assistant will coordinate and provide office support and secretarial assistance in order to contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the Procurement Division.

Under the supervision of the team leader, you will create vendor records in the vendor database in PeopleSoft PtP ensuring consistency and compliance with the applicable rules

You will act as the principal point of contact in the Purchasing team in respect of the vendor database

You will assist in the preparation of the project "Vendor Management" within the Optimisation Programme by:

You will assist in the testing phase of the project

Required profile

You have at least 3 years of similar experience

You are fluent in English. French is an advantage

You have good communication skills, oral and written

Good team work

Focus on quality

Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP system is an advantage

Work experience in procurement area

Previous work experience at the EIB and good understanding of its internal procedures
