For one of our clients located in Leudelange, Sofitex Talent is looking for a :
Personal Assistant (M/F)
- You will assist the SVP in all administrative tasks
- Coordinate, prepare and attend board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points
- You will manage office suppliers and office service providers and will support Management members in administrative and logistic tasks
- You will make sure the office is running smoothly
- You will prepare all documents asked by the directors and the SVP
- All other relevant office management duties.
- You have an experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- You have an excellent command of MS Office
- You are optimistic, positive, pragmatic, can-do mind-set and can work at all business levels
- You have a strong work ethics and you pay attention to detail
- You are results oriented, organised, proactive and you can easily prioritise
- You are capable of thriving in a complex environment
- You demonstrate team spirit are reliable and can anticipate the needs of others.
This is an opportunity for a 12-month CDD contract, to start ASAP.
