For one of our clients, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a

Personal Assistant French-Luxembourgish-English Part Time (M/F)

Your tasks

  • provide general administration support to the CEO
  • manage diaries, organize meetings and appointments of the CEO
  • book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation for the CEO
  • support to prepare slides, compiling and reports, presentations and correspondence
  • social events coordination with CFO and Office & Administration Manager
  • preparing reports and correspondence
  • cover for reception and Office/administration Manager if necessary

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Fluent in French, Luxembourgish and English

• Flexible and adaptable

• Strong sense of accountability

• Rigor and organization

• Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint are highly recommended

This is an opportunity to work on a part time - 20h/week basis. You should be flexible for the part time and able to cover replacements when necessary

Temporary contract with permanent opportunity afterwards
