For one of our clients, an international bank located in Luxembourg city center, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for an



• Administrative support to the legal department in Luxembourg

• Support in keeping the Luxembourg companies' corporate books and records

• Preparing the presentation material for board/business meetings

• Support to legalize documents, organize signatures

• Filing and archiving documents including scanning into contract management system

• Manage planning and agendas and organise meetings

• Undertake the tasks, take messages and routing correspondence

• Organizing delivery and correspondence of legal department documents

Required profile

Your profile :

• BAC+2 degree in administration or similar

• A first experience in a similar function within a big four, law firm, a bank, e-commerce or FinTech environment

• Ability to be independent and pro-active and anticipate the needs of the department

• Organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task whist keeping the confidentiality

• Detailed oriented with good follow-up skills

• Strong competencies in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to learn new tools

Excellent English and French mandatory (written and spoken), other languages are a bonus

This is a great opportunity for a prestigious bank in Luxembourg. 6-month mission and the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards
