For one of our clients located in Bertrange, Sofitex Talent is looking for the following profile for an immediate start:
Junior Customer Services Executive Fr-En (M/F)
- Provide client support via email and telephone
- Ensure the publication and the quality of listings
- Helpdesk support for jobseekers
- Support for the Sales Team
- First experience in a customer services role
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
- Capable of working with deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
- Excellent report writing & presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and be willing to invest in personal development to maintain standards in a ‘best practice’ customer support environment
This is an opportunity for temporary contract of 3 months leading to a permanent contract.
Salary: 2642,32€ gross/month + meal vouchers months
