Job description

For one of our clients located in Esch Belval, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for the following profile for a 6-month temporary mission:

Administrator French/English (M/F)

Your tasks:

  1. General administration, focus on budget control, PO’s, contract management, Expenses declaration, Building Infrastructure, Library services, Meeting room management and organize of business trips

  2. Entrepreneurship Programme, Incubation of startups

  3. Event Management

Required profile

  • Bachelor Degree

  • French native speaker and fluency in English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Pleasant, friendly and helpful personality, open-minded, proactive, able to multi-task and able to work autonomously.

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative work or/and project management, preferably in a startup incubator or academic environment.

  • Good organizational and communication skills with attention to details and accuracy.

  • Dynamic, team player, enjoys working in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

  • Ability to think quick and out of the box, priorities tasks, excellence in managing responsibilities and team requests.

  • Aptitude in dealing with numbers and budgeting

  • Proficiency in the use of standard office tools (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

This is a great opportunity for a 6-month mission, to start asap.

Salary ranges between 4500 and 5500€ gross/month, depending on experience
